Job Summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new sales opportunities and developing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training to improve sales performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the poultry industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of sales, manufacturing, and product development; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel as required.
