**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Communication Specialist to join our team at Soliant.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work effectively with students in a school setting.

**Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Assess: Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance students' communication skills and overall academic performance.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups, promoting effective communication and social interaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and ensure seamless integration of therapeutic services.
  • Progress Tracking: Regularly track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

**Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
  • Preferred experience in school or pediatric therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
