At Colonial Group, Inc., we're committed to excellence in transportation and logistics. As a Tanker Driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering fuel and lubricants to our customers. Your safety record and ability to maintain equipment in top condition will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver fuel and lubricants to and from designated locations.
  • Maintain equipment in safe and optimal working condition.
  • Lift and carry hoses for dispensing product at customer locations.
  • Maintain accurate drivers' logs and comply with state, federal, and DOT regulations.
  • Inspect truck equipment and supplies.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit inspections.
  • Ensure loads are secure.
  • Inspect tank inventory and check tanks for proper delivery.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience required.
  • Basic technology skills, including electronic logs, employee time reporting, and email required.

The physical demands of this role include exposure to various weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and/or move 75-90 pounds.
