At Mint Cannabis, we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious cannabis-infused meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, value teamwork, have professional integrity, and be career-orientated. They will also have the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
This role involves producing high-quality hot foods with consistent flavor, texture, visual appearance, and proper medication. The successful candidate will be able to execute all prep items needed for the day in a productive and clean manner, refer to the prep list provided, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality hot foods with consistent flavor, texture, visual appearance, and proper medication.
- Execute all prep items needed for the day in a productive and clean manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the Grill Prep station and Pizza Prep station.
- Conduct quality checks on all food items at the beginning of each shift and throughout the day.
- Assist in packaging any and all to-go items going out from other kitchen departments.
- Take care of daily cleaning responsibilities, weekly and deep cleaning.
- Update par counts for ingredient needs and specials, daily.
