About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Lead at Burckhardt Compression US. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of field service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas compression equipment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in the field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
