Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bar operations, and ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Customer Service: Engage with guests, make drinks in front of them, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, accurately ring up orders, and manage cash handling.
• Responsible Service: Strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, slow down or cutoff intoxicated guests when necessary, and promote a safe and responsible drinking environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service, resolve guest complaints, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure 100% recipe adherence, maintain a clean and presentable bar area, and meet local jurisdiction requirements.

• Education and Certifications: Must meet local jurisdiction requirements, including obtaining required certifications.
• Skills and Abilities: Must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately, operate P.O.S. system, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand during entire shift, frequently lift 30 lb. cases, and carry short distances, up or down stairs.
