The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Job Overview

We are a 34-bed state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated as a tri-venture with Lifepoint Health, Billings Clinic, and St. Vincent Healthcare. Our goal is to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a per diem role (fill-in only). No guarantee of hours.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, identifying and initiating appropriate occupational therapy interventions, and working cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.

  • You will observe and evaluate treatment affect, accomplishment of short and long-term goals, and recommend change to the physician if needed.
  • You will perform an appropriate assessment on each patient and perform reassessments, as per policy, and perform accurate and timely QI scoring.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
  • Previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred, but not required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English with additional languages preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
