Nocturnal Facility Ambassador

The Nocturnal Facility Ambassador represents the face of Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness, providing exceptional service to members during overnight hours. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Job Summary

The Nocturnal Facility Ambassador will work overnight, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and meets the high standards of Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness. This includes maintaining restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment, as well as reporting any maintenance issues to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
• Report any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment or missing amenities, to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy, turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager promptly.

Requirements

• Custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
• The ability to work third shift is a must.
• Honesty and a strong work ethic are expected.
• The ability to solve problems independently is necessary.
• Diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions are required.
• The Nocturnal Facility Ambassador must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands

• This role requires continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continuous reaching with hands, fingers, and arms is also required.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching may be necessary.
• The ability to occasionally lift over 80 pounds is required.
• This role may involve exposure to toxic chemicals.

Nocturnal Facility Ambassador Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
