Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Licensed/Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and collaborating on electrical components to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize PLC knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, working with programmable logic controllers and robotics.
  • Analyze conditions and provide solutions to equipment failures, identifying root cause analysis and interpreting schematics and drawings.
  • Drive innovation and communication by actively improving plant efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
  • PLC troubleshooting experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • State of Michigan Journeyman electrician license required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems.
What We Offer
  • $37.19/hour.
  • Shift premium and COLA (cost of living adjustment).
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am.
