Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Registered or Certified to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Room and exit patients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Complete all provider referrals for each patient, ensuring accurate and comprehensive care.
- Administer injections and/or distribute oral medications under physicians' orders, perform venipuncture, and other clinical tasks as required.
- Assist medical providers with charting office visits, ensuring clear communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination.
- Must have a Washington State MA-Certificate or possess an MA-Interim License and pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period.
- Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
- Must demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
