We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of service.
  • Conduct regular site surveys and provide detailed reports on any activity or incidents.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on site activity, incidents, and other relevant information.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is highly desirable
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • California Guard Card and 32HR BSIS Security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
