We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Privilege Management Specialist to join our team at the Mainz Brady Group. In this position, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting Endpoint Privilege Management solutions across our organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be able to leverage your technical expertise to drive business success. As an Endpoint Privilege Management Specialist, you will work closely with our engineering team to provide pre-production testing support, configuration, management, and post-deployment operational support for Endpoint Privilege Management.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy and Configure: Deploy, configure, and support Endpoint Privilege Management solutions for managed devices.
  • Ongoing Configuration: Plan and execute ongoing configurations and upgrades for the solution.
  • Request Fulfillment: Address ongoing requests for configuration changes to facilitate application elevation based on customer needs and security recommendations.
  • Metric Tracking: Track and report metrics related to operations and deployment, including key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with security, engineers, and IT support groups to propose and deliver deployments.
  • Audit Review: Review configurations for audit purposes with security engineers, business units, and device engineers as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in Windows and MacOS: Proficient in Windows 10/11 and MacOS.
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Privilege Management: Familiar with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
  • Experience with Tools: 1-2 years of experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tools.
  • Knowledge of Device Management Technologies: Knowledge of device management technologies such as Intune, JAMF, and SCCM.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in device management and/or support.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and location. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
