Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a smile and create a positive first impression
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and assisting guests with their needs
  • Efficiently handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
