CT Technologist PRN

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a CT Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and accurate diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform CT scans on patients of all ages, from newborns to adults, using a variety of protocols and techniques.
* Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.
* Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable imaging results.
Requirements:
* Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
* 2-year Associate Degree or technical degree in Radiography or a related field.
* State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
* Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
* Registered Computerized Tomography Technician certification within 6 months of employment start date.
