Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rapid Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in nursing care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • One year of experience in a critical care setting or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
