We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Common Area Attendant. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a phenomenal property in a wonderful environment, providing an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including morning (8am to 4:30pm) and mid shift (10am to 6pm) shifts, with weekends included. You will be responsible for maintaining all public spaces in the resort to the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Collect and replenish pool towels, overseeing inventory to minimize loss and ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Display a positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
Key Responsibilities:

You will also be required to:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Able to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prior hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
