Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a critical member of our Clinics medical team, you will provide medication management and psychoeducation to clients, while also liaising with therapists to discuss cases and offer consultation to optimize treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for prospective medication management clients and provide medication management to clients, including family and collateral sessions as needed.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings to review higher risk cases and make recommendations.
- Attend weekly group supervision meetings and consult with the Medical Director regarding cases.
- Maintain open office hours for staff to discuss cases and provide consultation/training on medications and co-occurring disorders.
- Respond to client crises as they emerge and serve as a member of the mobile crisis team on call every Saturday and Jewish holidays.
- Complete 1 hour of paperwork and administrative duties, including maintaining documentation as per OMH regulations and SBH standards in a timely manner.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree.
- New York State Licensure as a PMHNP-BC.
- Psychiatric/behavioral health experience required.
- Self-starter with ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Strong time management skills and ability to respond to time-critical issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively maintain caseload.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to use email and office equipment.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100-140 hourly.
The salary range for the position is posted, and factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range.
