Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Clinical Manager to lead our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and experience in managing surgical services.
Responsibilities:- Assists the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of the clinical and administrative activities of the designated unit and department.
- Ensures patients receive quality care by implementing and maintaining effective nursing practices.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of nursing staff and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Non-Nursing Bachelors degree with an MSN or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in an operating room setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Operating Room experience.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Competitive salary range: $98,000 - $157,000.
