Job Title: Master Trainer

At Techtronic Industries North America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Master Trainer to join our team. As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to all positions on an assembly line, utilizing established work instructions, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure operators have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Management to develop training materials and ensure they are aligned with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide feedback to improve training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs remain current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform simple math calculations.
  • Physical dexterity to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Continuous mental and visual attention required.
  • Adhere to company quality policy and 5S methodology.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Available to work long hours and weekends as needed.
