Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Operations Specialist to join our team at QPS, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory operations, including preparing reagents, pipetting, weighing, monitoring, recording, and replenishing supplies. You will also assist supervisors in performing analysis of drug or other targets in complex biologic matrices. If you have an undergraduate degree in a related field such as Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry, we encourage you to apply.

About the Job:
This full-time position is 100% office-based and offers a competitive salary of approximately $62,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will work in a park-like setting in Newark, Delaware, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory operations, including preparing reagents, pipetting, weighing, monitoring, recording, and replenishing supplies
- Assist supervisors in performing analysis of drug or other targets in complex biologic matrices
- Set-up, use and maintain complex instrumentation
- Document experiment details, calculations, results and observations in accordance with GLPs and SOPs
- Perform routine mathematical & chemical calculations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry
- Associate's Degree plus 2 or more years relevant experience
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
