General Surgeon Wanted in Jackson, TN

We are seeking a qualified General Surgeon to join our team in Jackson, Tennessee. As a General Surgeon with CompHealth, you will have the opportunity to work in a hospital-employed position with full benefits, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
The schedule will be 7 on and 7 off, with 12-hour shifts, and you will have the support of 1 acute care surgeon and 1 APP per shift. You will rotate days and nights, take night call, and night shifts from home, with APPs taking first call at night. There is no in-house call if you are in the OR, and hand-offs will be made at the end of each shift.
The caseload will be 50% general surgery and 50% critical care volume, with no outpatient, no clinic, and no follow-up responsibilities. Our services are free for you, and we will help negotiate your salary and contract, coordinate interviews, and assist with licenses.
