Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist to join its team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.

Job Summary:
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Assess patient condition and provide necessary care to meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
  • Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registered and/or RCIS with Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
