Job Summary:

The Art Department at Allan Hancock College is seeking applications to develop a qualified pool of part-time faculty for possible vacancies. Positions are available during the Fall and Spring semesters of the academic year.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach college courses in art, including 3-D studio art, sculpture, and ceramics.
  • Assist in curriculum revisions and new course development.
  • Maintain expertise in current technologies.
  • Perform other professional duties as required by contract and general institutional needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's in fine arts, art, or art history.
  • OR Bachelor's in any of the above and Master's in humanities.
  • OR The equivalent.
Salary:

The salary for this position is $65.74 to $86.44 per hour, depending on education and experience.
