Position Overview:

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our Operations team. In this position, you will serve as a key link between various departments, including Operations, Research & Development, and our supply chain. Your role will encompass a wide range of quality engineering responsibilities, from detailed measurement analysis to the development of long-term strategies aimed at enhancing our supply chain through effective quality processes and part control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as a supplier quality engineering expert within cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in mechanical, electronic, and operational sectors to drive quality initiatives.
  • Design and implement robust quality processes and metrics across our supply chain and assembly facilities.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to set appropriate quality limits and specifications.
  • Ensure a balance between high-quality standards, process development, and scalability.
  • Act as a quality engineering authority within product development programs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or process development.
  • Experience working with assembly factories and mechanical or electronic supply chains.

  • A willingness to travel as needed.
