Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10:30pm)

Pay: $23.75/hr

Position Overview:
  • Manage the tasks and ensure the effective execution of work duties of team members within a designated operational group (e.g., quality control, general warehousing, material handling, etc.).
  • Exemplify leadership by maintaining organization and upholding excellent cleanliness standards throughout all areas.
  • Guarantee that all team members adhere to safety protocols and comply with company health and safety regulations.
  • Accountable for the orchestration of shift initiation tasks as well as end-of-shift clean-up or other related responsibilities.
  • Ensure that necessary tools and materials are accessible for the successful completion of tasks.
  • Deliver on-the-job training for any new operational instructions when necessary.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Supervisor or Manager regarding employee performance.
  • Immediately report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
  • Notify the Supervisor or Manager of any breaches of policy or procedure.
