Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Warmly greet guests and customers, process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Micros POS system, and maintain a working knowledge of items available and resort amenities and events.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, assist in presentation of gift shop, and assist with any inventory counts.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain and balance daily cash register, and display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to stand and stoop for duration of a shift, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability: Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
