Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a school district near Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
- Stay informed about current best practices and research in occupational therapy.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to students.
- Pay Rate: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience.
