Wok Cook

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled Wok Cook to join the team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This dynamic individual will be responsible for preparing food, adhering to quality standards, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring all health codes and sanitation regulations are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position and be able to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes. They should also possess basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes, quality standards, and department rules, policies, and procedures
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
