Residential Caregiver

The Arc of Butler County is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our Residential Group Home Program. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for implementing residential services that promote independence, well-being, and personal growth. Your daily tasks will involve assisting residents with various aspects of their lives, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparation; household management and upkeep; personal hygiene and dressing assistance; and transportation when needed.

You will also be responsible for documenting resident progress, administering medications, and collaborating with the Residential Program Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
