Key Responsibilities:
Receiving/Returns:
- Facilitate the transfer of products from supply sources and third-party vendors.
- Verify incoming freight and log it into the SAP system. Assess incoming shipments to confirm that the necessary documentation accompanies each delivery. Take appropriate measures for any non-compliant shipments.
- Address inbound delivery inquiries with carriers and suppliers to guarantee the receipt of shipments.
- Scan and categorize small packages.
- Investigate discrepancies related to returned products.
Shipping:
- Schedule and dispatch customer orders for both International and Domestic Zoetis Animal Health clients to ensure timely delivery utilizing the correct carrier mode.
- Manage and ship both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Assist in tracking, sorting, and overseeing all non-SAP shipments.
Replenishment:
- Restock inventory to designated pick locations for International and Domestic Zoetis Animal Health warehouses.
- Transport products from the receiving area to the appropriate picking or storage locations.
Order Processing:
- Ensure that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Monitor SAP for new orders.
- Supervise the pick line and address issues such as rejects, shortages, and errors.
Collaborative Relationships:
- Work closely and effectively with other International and Domestic Zoetis Animal Health Coordinators, Operations Support Coordinators, Inventory, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
- Collaborate with various Zoetis locations and departments regarding inbound and outbound shipments and to resolve order-related issues.
- Engage with vendors and carriers, including FedEx, Veritiv, and UPS personnel, to ensure proper receipt and shipment of goods.
- Contact SAP helpdesks to troubleshoot system issues.
General Duties:
- Ensure that all required cycle counting is completed promptly.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
- Coordinate special projects as assigned.
- Communicate business updates and changes to team members.
- Regularly update team metrics.
- Order supplies for the team.
- Provide training to team members.
This position operates Monday through Friday during first shift hours, with occasional opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training is necessary.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel, along with proven analytical capabilities.
- Forklift certification is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data and apply information for business solutions.

Physical Requirements:
- The work environment is a standard indoor industrial setting, which may include warehousing, manufacturing, maintenance, and/or production areas. The temperature may range from 36F to 46F. Routine lifting of up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs. is required, and the incumbent must be able to access all areas of the facility.

Personal protective equipment, such as ear plugs, safety shoes, safety glasses, protective clothing, and/or headwear must be worn as required.
