About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Use radiation safety measures to protect patients and colleagues.
  • Ensure radiologic equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions to the Center Operations Director.
  • Follow all Radiology workflows and ensure accurate documentation of patient x-ray visits.
  • Maintain x-ray equipment, including calibration and record-keeping, in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Limited Scope Technician certificate program and license, if applicable.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • At least six months of medical assistant experience, with knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
  • Customarily has at least six months of demonstrated experience in X-Ray and familiarity with routine medical procedures.
