We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at MJ Care Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient progress and achieve functional goals.
- Provide direct care, evaluate patient needs, and consult with other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Design and implement plans of care, incorporating participation from significant others when appropriate, to ensure patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with professional literature and participate in educational programs to enhance professional growth and development.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license and/or certification to provide physical therapy services in good standing.
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- 1+ year of experience in physical therapy preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Knowledge of physical and developmental needs of diverse patient populations.
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
