Job Summary

Pullman Building Supply is seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver with a clean driving record to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers, building loads, and assisting with the unloading and placement of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Build and load products onto the truck, ensuring accurate and secure transportation.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with the unloading and placement of products, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to the Dispatch Manager.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with forklift operation and certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours and occasional weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel in a vehicle with both heat and air conditioning. Exposure to the elements while working outside during all seasons.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass a background check.
  • Pass a drug test.
