We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the timely pickup and delivery of life-saving and critical medical supplies nationwide. As a Dispatcher / Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics: Prioritize routes, schedules, and critical requests for drivers, optimizing delivery times while maintaining safety and compliance.
  • Manage requests: Efficiently handle urgent pickup and delivery requests, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and drivers, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-solve: Quickly assess and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment to ensure service continuity.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Recruiting Division to align with driver availability and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years Dispatching Drivers and 2 years of experience using Dispatching software or TMS software.
  • Customer service: 3-4 years of outstanding customer service experience.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to stay updated on new tools and software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
  • Positive attitude: Must maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while effectively handling challenging situations with composure.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Work Schedule
  • Dispatchers work 12-hour shifts: Three days a week, with a rotation that includes working every other Wednesday.
  • Thursday: Every week 9:00am to 9:00pm.
  • Friday: Every week 9:00am to 9:00pm.
  • Saturday: Every week 9:00am to 9:00pm.
  • Wednesday: Every other week 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay: $25.00 per hour.
