As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, working together to deliver exceptional care to patients in their own homes. • Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to identify areas for improvement
• Develop customized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to promote independence and confidence
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to share insights and best practices

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience)
