Position Overview

The Clubhouse Cleaning Specialist is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the Club's facilities in a professional and timely manner.

  • Execute all assigned cleaning duties according to the established schedule.

  • Regularly sanitize all restrooms and locker areas.

  • Ensure all windows and glass surfaces are spotless and free from streaks.
  • Promptly report any complaints or issues to management.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
  • Communicate supply needs to the manager.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with team members, exhibit leadership qualities, and promote a positive atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines, policies, and standards set forth by the Club, and assist in implementing mandatory operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Effective and professional communication skills.

  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is essential.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred but not mandatory.

  • Due to the varying demands of the Club's operations, employees may be required to perform a variety of tasks; thus, assisting colleagues when needed is expected, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and utilize hands.
  • Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods.

  • This position typically involves a workload of 30-40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak times; hours may vary during off-peak seasons.
