- Execute all assigned cleaning duties according to the established schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Clubhouse and associated buildings.
- Regularly sanitize all restrooms and locker areas.
- Ensure all flooring is kept clean through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Gather waste from offices and dispose of it properly.
- Ensure all windows and glass surfaces are spotless and free from streaks.
- Promptly report any complaints or issues to management.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
- Communicate supply needs to the manager.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with team members, exhibit leadership qualities, and promote a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to all operational guidelines, policies, and standards set forth by the Club, and assist in implementing mandatory operational standards.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Openness to learning and receiving guidance.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is essential.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred but not mandatory.
- Due to the varying demands of the Club's operations, employees may be required to perform a variety of tasks; thus, assisting colleagues when needed is expected, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and utilize hands.
- Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Repetitive motions are a part of the role.
- Ability to bend, squat, lift, kneel, and crouch is necessary.
- This position typically involves a workload of 30-40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak times; hours may vary during off-peak seasons.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
