Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design concepts for residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring design visions to life
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Source materials and oversee installations
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Travel to project sites as needed
- Interior design degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of interior design experience, preferably in hospitality and residential interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen eye for design and the willingness to continuously grow and adapt
- Demonstrated ability to produce design specifications, present ideas to the team and clients, and assist clients in selections
- Ability to work on multiple projects with simultaneous timelines
