The Cardiology Department at Ochsner Medical Center is actively seeking skilled physicians who are passionate about delivering direct patient care within a collaborative practice environment. Opportunities also exist for teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as engaging in clinical research initiatives. We are currently looking for:
- Board-Certified Electrophysiologist with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Our Cardiology Department comprises 71 cardiologists affiliated with the John Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute, operating across multiple community locations and our academic medical center. As our advanced Electrophysiology program continues to expand, we are excited to welcome a 7th adult electrophysiologist to our main campus.
Ochsner Health System is home to two medical schools, including the Ochsner Clinical School in partnership with the University of Queensland and the Ochsner/LSU-Shreveport Medical School. Our ACGME-accredited training programs in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology provide opportunities for research involvement, as well as teaching and mentoring students, residents, and fellows.
