Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and dispense fuel to customers, utilizing a customized truck and adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Verify delivery instructions with fleet personnel to ensure accurate delivery to customers.
  • Maintain radio contact with dispatch to receive and transmit delivery instructions.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize tablets and other technologies to fulfill orders and track delivery progress.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, logistics team, and customers to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Inspect and care for customer vehicles, including fueling, tire checks, and noting any issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform minor roadside repairs, such as installing light bulbs and putting air in tires, as needed.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of traffic routes and delivery areas to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Assist other employees as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Commercial-class driver's license (B or C)
  • HAZMAT (HME) & Tanker Endorsement desired
  • Current DOT Medical Card required
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR required)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent judgment and work ethic
  • Ability to pass a Drug Screen required by the DOT
  • Reliable, resilient, organized, hard-working, and friendly personality
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States
