At Allstate Insurance Agency - Sharlene Wulleman, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Agency Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support:
    Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and emails promptly. Assist clients with inquiries, policy updates and rewrites, claims processing, and general service needs. Schedule appointments for insurance agents and maintain calendars.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Maintain and update client records in the agency management system. Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with policy reviews, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Team Support:
    Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure timely follow-up on client requests. Coordinate internal communications and assist with training or team meetings. Handle billing and invoicing for clients, including tracking payments and issuing reminders. Work closely with clients on inspection recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role (insurance experience is a plus).
  • Proficient with office software, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
