Key Responsibilities

The primary role of the Swimming Pool Care Specialist involves ensuring that our swimming pools and jacuzzis are kept in pristine condition. This includes:

  • Regular cleaning and maintenance of pool areas, including brushing, vacuuming, and scrubbing tiles.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on essential equipment such as pumps, chlorinators, and filtration systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Monitoring and adjusting chemical levels to maintain a safe and healthy swimming environment.
  • Performing minor repairs and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and chemical usage.
  • Assisting the maintenance team with general property upkeep as needed.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A valid pool care certification.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks.
  • A current driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $23.00. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
