About the RoleAs an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- 1+ year of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse in an acute care environment
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
