Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to:
1. Preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring they comply with company standards and legal regulations.
2. Conducting cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and provide recommendations for financial planning and control.
3. Preparing comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
4. Assisting with the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
5. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure all financial operations are conducted transparently and in compliance with regulations.
6. Identifying discrepancies in financial documents and reports and taking corrective measures.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve financial performance.
8. Staying updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role
3. Solid understanding of financial reporting, cost analysis, financial statements, and budgeting.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and other financial management tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into comprehensible reports.
6. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
9. CPA certification is a plus.
