Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Campostella Builders & Supply. As a Woodworking Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating custom millwork pieces based on architectural and in-house shop drawings. You will work closely with the shop foreman and PM to ensure timely completion of each project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with woodworking machinery and a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating custom millwork pieces based on architectural and in-house shop drawings
    • Products can range from cabinetry, paneling, desks, planters, benches, or display cases
    • Each job is custom, and we rarely build the same thing twice
  • Coordinating with the shop foreman and PM to effectively complete each project

Requirements:
  • Experience with woodworking machinery, including wood planers, joiners, shapers, and bandsaws
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including work boots with steel toes
