About the Role

We are excited to offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, to our successful candidate. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in hardscapes and/or professional landscaping, who is knowledgeable about landscaping equipment, tools, trends, and installation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a crew of laborers, teaching them proper techniques to ensure efficient and high-quality work
  • Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work
  • Operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Foster a true team dynamic, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscapes and/or professional landscaping
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as well as give instructions to others
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
