About the Role:

  • As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • You will take food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude, engage with customers in a friendly manner, and make menu suggestions when asked.
  • Your role also includes ensuring tables are enjoying their meals, taking action to correct any problems, collecting payments from tables, and preparing checks that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.

Salary Information:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects our commitment to fair pay and recognizes the value of our team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
