Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse for a challenging opportunity in Modesto, California.

Job Requirements

Requirements: - CA RN Licensure - BLS - ACLS - PALS (within 180 days of hire) -TNCC (Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days) -EPIC experience & previous traveler

Job Responsibilities

As a travel nurse, you will be accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. You will deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area, developing, implementing, and coordinating a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

You will foster and maintain collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. You will adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote an optimal patient experience.
