IT Infrastructure Engineer

At Integrated Technology Group, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

This position requires strong technical skills and expertise in network engineering, including server and front-end device installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will work in a technical support/lead capacity, providing onsite and remote support for several corporate infrastructures.

• Provide hands-on network engineering expertise to support various corporate infrastructures.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage network devices, servers, and front-end equipment.
• Work in a technical support/lead capacity, responding to tickets through our ticketing system and documenting work and resolutions to maintain our Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with external client management personnel and peers to build positive working relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to accurately diagnose technical support questions.
• Previous customer service-oriented role with a focus on technical support.
• A clean NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience working with Microsoft operating systems, Azure platform, and cloud computing solutions.
• Familiarity with storage concepts and technologies, including RAID, SAN, and NAS.
• Production experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 and proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Understanding of virtualization concepts and experience with VMWare, Veeam, and Hyper-V.
