Job Title: Bus Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Operator to join our team at Transdev. As a Bus Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers throughout the service area.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $19.03 per hour, increasing to $20.03 per hour in 2025. Our comprehensive benefits package includes fully paid medical, vision and dental insurance, pension, paid PTO/vacation, and employee and family college tuition discounts with DeVry University.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
• Safely transporting passengers in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
• Following all company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Bus Operator, you must have:
• A valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Good verbal communication skills
• A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Be at least 21 years old
