We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services in Broken Arrow, OK. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

• Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
• Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
• 1 or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred
